PHN-TGM-MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL WORKS FOR PROTON SS-11 DOORSILL

The Proton SS-11 doorsill is an M&E works consist of a spot-welding robot cell installed with its water supply & return as well as air supply piping line. This is an auto production line with the cell consist of spot gun welding mount to Yaskawa arm robot. This cell having system of sharing 2 jigs for Proton SS-11 Doorsill part. The installation process involves safety fence and light curtain sensor as safety future and equipped with fan, power sockets and lighting.
