BAR CODE SCANNER SYSTEM
An air-condition manufacturer company located in Sg. Buloh, Selangor. Bar code scanner Interlock panel is one of the project done in Line B1. The bar code system is interlock with the conveyor and stopper. It is use to monitor and keep the product data transfer from one station to another. Next is Production Line Pitching Control. The purpose is to make sure all roller conveyor, lifter conveyor, turn table conveyor and carousel conveyor is moving with a same pitch. It is to avoid large space between product on the line. All down time is recorded in HMI touch panel.

Fixed guarding is applied to stop people from entering or accessing equipment or machine. Personal enter inside fixed guarding must be following Authorize to Work Permit (ATWP) procedure that required full energy isolation or compliance to safe access control.
Self -Closing Door applied to define control area mainly to separate area between walkway and storage area or working area. Only authorized people can enter to the area.
