D74A SPOT ROBOT WELDING STATION INSTALLATION

D74A station installation of a spot-welding robot cell installed with its water supply & return as well as air supply piping line. This is an auto production line with the cell consist of spot gun welding mount to Yaskawa arm robot. This cell having system of sharing 2 jigs. It started with unloading work continue with installation until station power up and testing by jig maker.

Utility Line TVAA is an M&E work consist of 24 welding robot cell. Each cell provided with 2 set of double tube led light and 1 fan mounted on a steel structure size of the robot cell. The utility power tapping from robot main panel to utility dB before going to socket or switch for light and fan.
This work also includes installation of MIG Robot welding curtain for CO2 robot cell and Kangaroo bar.

Sealant Pump Wiring Work

HPA Sealant Pump Wiring Work for Body Shop. The scope is to prepare 7 points 3phase power socket for HPA Sealant Pump and 2 points single phase power socket for HPA Cartridge. The work consists of changing the MCCB Breaker, lay 5 core cable on cable ladder and drop-down using conduit pipe before terminate to isolator 5 pin switch socket. Socket for HPA Cartridge

Grounding Wiring Work

Grounding wiring work is to separate HPA Sealant from Honda Grounding. The grounding are divide into 2 chamber, zone A and zone B. 3 point of 15mm diameter cooper rod 3meter length for each chamber.

This project consist of Mechanical and Electrical work as preparation before the equipment installation. The production line consist of Auto Production Line (APL) and Manual Production Line. Auto Production Line consist of one cell welding robot sharing 2 jig installation complete with piping and utilities. As for Manual Production Line, it involves installation of Spot & Projection Welder and Nut Feeder complete with fan and led light for the utilities.

AUTOMATED STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL SYSTEM

Automated Storage and Retrieval System is widely use in PAPAMY warehouse. The warehouse consists of 6 set of 40 x 5 rack.It is an upgrade work for auto rack lifter from pcb board to plc communication system. It involves preparing master panel and local panel for cc-link communication. Local panel located outside of each crane lifter provided with HMI touch panel and biometric switch. HMI can monitor crane location, job list and crane. The upgrade used is plc .

PAINT SHOP UPGRADE WORK AT TANJONG MALIM

Pump Exchange system

Pump Exchange system is use in Proton Tanjong Malim Painting Shop. 1 panel is connected to 2 pump use for production. Only one pump work at a time while the other one will take over the job as pump 1 material complete or stop. There were limit switch install at each pump for the pump level monitor and proximity sensor to count the pump stroke. Pump will stop and red light on panel will blink if the stroke reach in limit in a minute as a sign there are issues with pump.

Hardener Pump Power Panel

Pump Power Panel is a small dB located outside the hardener pump room. It is located outside the room as inside pump room equipment need ATEX Certification to be install. Each power cable is terminated to an explosion prove isolator before entering the hardener pump power terminal.

Pump Mixture Power Panel (Ecodose 2K)

There are seven Ecodose 2K Panels located in clean room at the left and right side of the paint shop line production. Power dB for the panel is located outside of the room.

MSSB INSTALLATION AND MACHINE POWER CABLING WORK

It’s a production line of  Hood Hinge line. It consists of riveting machine and bush pin hydraulic machine. Rikenkaki is referring to the machine maker company from Japan Positioning the machine according to production layout.As the production line is a new line, it does not have distribution board for the machine. New distribution board was installed. The installation work consists of laying new power cable for the DB incoming power and cable ladder work at high level. The low-level cabling work from new dB is using cable tray mount at certain high for easy cleaning purpose. There were also Dol Starter installed for assembly jig hood hinge bush machine.
