PHN : RIKENKAKI PROJECT
It’s a production line of OSI Hood Hinge line. It consists of riveting machine and bush pin hydraulic machine. Rikenkaki is referring to the machine maker company from Japan Positioning the machine according to production layout.As the production line is a new line, it does not have distribution board for the machine. New distribution board was installed. The installation work consists of laying new power cable for the DB incoming power and cable ladder work at high level. The low-level cabling work from new dB is using cable tray mount at certain high for easy cleaning purpose. There were also Dol Starter installed for assembly jig hood hinge bush machine.
