PHN-RASA-MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION FOR PROJECT D66B

Phn Rasa is 0ne of Phn Industries factory branch. The project consists of preparing M&E for 2 Spot Welding Robot Station and 2 Manual Stationary Spot Welding (WSS) Station.

Activities involve Installing 2-unit timer deck platform for each station line to locate its main switchboard DB. Next, overhead cable ladder and 185mm² armor cable lay from main switchboard to MSSB room. Small dB box is installed for each robot station and WSS station.  T8 Led double barb and 25” industrial fan is installed for each station utilities.

Water piping and air piping are tap from main piping line prepared by the building contractor. Secondary piping system are using ABS 2 ½” and Gi 1 ½” for water and air. Drop down or tower are installed before hose give the supply of water and air to the machine.
