Our customer shall receive our complete technical documentation for any site installation.
Customer Training
We provide proper training programmes as and whenever is required to our customers’ operator, maintenance personnel and engineers to enable them to adequately operate and maintain the equipment / system.
Proven Durable Standards Parts
Our modular design and with the used of established standard proven market parts, will ensure availability of standard spare parts which our customers will have access to, in their local market.
After Warranty Inspection
Before the expiry of a warranty period, GTG Service team shall conduct a thorough inspection of the current condition of the system to determine the level of service and maintenance needed to ensure high performance and reliability. This is done free of charge for our customer.
